The Board of Directors is the decision making body of ANCB and is responsible to the General Assembly for implementation of the decisions, regulations and other programs.
The members of the Board of Directors consists of:

The Board of Directors include ten elected members who have been elected by the General Assembly in a democratic atmosphere.
They should get the majority votes in a confidential election and should have the following criteria:
Their NGOs should have a two-year membership of ANCB or an adequate scientific knowledge and five years of work experience in reconstruction process.
The Board of Directors determines the general policy which should get the approval of the General Assembly.
The chairman of the Board of Directors chairs the Board's sessions and directs ANCB's activities.
